Erika Bosack, Esq. (Associate)

Erika Bosack, Esq., is an associate attorney at Rickards Law, where she devotes her practice exclusively to divorce and family law. She represents clients in all areas of matrimonial litigation, including divorce, custody and parenting time disputes, child support, alimony, equitable distribution of marital assets, and domestic violence matters. Since joining the firm, Erika has quickly developed a reputation for her meticulous preparation, clear communication, and steady guidance through the often overwhelming divorce process.
Erika understands that family law matters are not just legal disputes, but deeply personal and emotional experiences. She takes pride in helping clients navigate these challenges with both professionalism and compassion, striving to achieve favorable outcomes while minimizing unnecessary conflict. Whether advocating in court or negotiating settlements, Erika brings a thoughtful, client-centered approach that prioritizes the best interests of the families she serves.
Before joining Rickards Law, Erika earned her Juris Doctor from the prestigious William & Mary Law School, where she distinguished herself through research and scholarship. She authored and co-authored several publications on regulatory and policy issues and gained experience presenting before government agencies. While her early legal work focused on policy and environmental matters, Erika ultimately found her calling in family law, where she could combine her analytical skills with her desire to make a direct and meaningful impact on people’s lives.
Erika is admitted to practice law in New Jersey. In addition to her law degree, she holds a background in International Relations and Environmental Science, which gives her a broad perspective and sharp analytical skills that serve her clients well in complex financial and custody cases.
When not practicing law, Erika enjoys volunteering in her community and spending time with family and friends.
